Neonet to raise PLN 65 million.

Home appliance retailer Neonet S.A. planes to raise as much as 65 million zloty selling shares to the public in an IPO scheduled for early July, the company said yesterday. Wrocław-based Neonet plans to sell about 3,6 million new shares representing about 27 percent of outstanding equity after the IPO.
The company plans to use the proceeds to buy at least two smaller competitors, adding dozens of new retail outlets, with the balance going towards working capital and other corporate purposes.
